Curriculum

Our School Programs

Edithvale Primary School’s curriculum is based upon the Victorian Essential Learning Standards – a whole school curriculum-planning framework.

Physical, Personal and Social Learning

This includes Health and Physical Education, Interpersonal development, Personal Learning and Civics and Citizenship.

Discipline-based Learning

This includes each of the curriculum subjects; The Arts, English, Languages Other Than
English, Humanities, Mathematics and Science.

Interdisciplinary Learning

This includes Communication, Design, Creativity and Technology, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Thinking.

Other Activities

This includes School Camps, and Student Welfare.
