Premier's visit to EPS
This morning, Premier Dan Andrews visited our school with Tim Richardson MP. They were here to kick off the upcoming building works on our school STEM facility. Representatives from the Victoria School Building Authority, and Project 12 Architecture, and Koble Projects were also here to mark the occasion.
The building works are scheduled to commence in a fortnight and that we’re hoping for them to be completed before school starts back in 2020.
The cost of this build is $750,000 and has been funded through the Andrew’s Labor Government $2.8 billion education package announced in the 2018-19 Budget,
to upgrade existing schools.
We were thrilled to welcome the Premier to Edithvale Primary School and kick start Stage 1 of our School’s Master plan.
The Premier also spent some time with Airlie and Scarlett who raised money for homelessness through their cupcake campaign last month.
