WEEKLY REFLECTION

This week started off with the very special assembly to present our 2024 Student Leadership Team with their badges. It was wonderful to have Mr Tim Richardson MP speak to our school about what makes a great leader and the responses from our students across the school were spot on… kindness, respect, determination, honesty, a willingness to listen and help others. We
also started what I hope to be a new tradition with a person of importance to the leaders (sibling, friend, family member, teacher) presenting the student with their badge. We ended the week with the declartion of our new school council representatives. An effective council assists in the efficient governance of our school, ensuring that its decisions affecting students of the school
are made having primary consideration, to the best interest of the students.
