This week at school our students have commemerated ANZAC Day in a number of different ways including classroom learning experiences and by participating in a minute’s silence.

Our School Captains Lucy and Xavier have been excellent role models representing EPS here onsite and out in the community. On Wednesday morning, they lead the school over the PA system, sharing the signficance of the day, The Ode of Rememberance, the playing of The Last Post and concluding with a minute’s silence. Lucy and Xavier also attended the services of the Longbeach RSL yesterday. They participated in the March and laid a wreath our our behalf. Thank you Lucy and Xavier!

A thank you also goes out to 3B for sharing about the importance of ANZAC Day at our Senior Assembly this afternoon.
